We at Dziine, understand the importance of delivering your products in the finest condition and on time. Therefore, we have partnered with some of the most reputed courier partners in this country to seamlessly deliver your products in the best possible duration.
A) How does the delivery process work?
Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.
Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Then, your item is shipped to your location.
In case your address is falls a location that is not served by our delivery partners, Dziine team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you
B) What is the estimated delivery time?
We religiously aim to ship the products within 20 working days, however with the current COVID situation few order shipments might take longer than usual. since all the products are made-to-order, in few cases there might be some delays due to dependencies at various levels. Furthermore, We diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.
Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.
C) Can I track my order?
Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Dziine with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can simply click "TRACK ORDER" and enter last 4 digits of your order number or full AWB to check where your order has reached or how long will it take to get delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
Exchange By Domestic Customer
If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 Hours from the date of delivery the parcel. If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick up charges are to borne by the customer that is Rs 400. Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few pin -codes.in this case customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile on it. Exchange are allowed on size issues only. Exchange will not be issued on product exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.
We don't take returns on items sold once.
If it's a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.
When Exchange is not accepted?
Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.
Validity of Credit voucher issued for exchange will be of 30 days.
Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
Cancellations By Indian Customer
If you have to cancel any order, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at email@example.com. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%).
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with a photo of the damaged product. The mail should be sent within 24 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a resolution.
All Custom Duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.

Cancellations By International Customer
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the amount to the card used for making the payment. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%)
